Greg was born and raised in Lehi, Utah and has been in the valley his entire life. He started a career as a mechanical engineer early in life, and has followed his career path for 25 years. After serving 23 years in the United States Army, he has retired to pursue his passion for home building, and to further advance his engineering expertise in the construction industry.
Greg has always found joy in finding a product or system that works well, taking it apart, and finding a way to streamline it and make it better than it was before. Greg and Jeanette have been happily married for over 25 years, and have 3 children here in the valley. They have pursued a career in home building for the last several years, and plan to improve the home building experience and home quality as a whole for years to come.
Greg has any eye for detail, and a strong belief that anything worth doing is worth doing well. His military leadership experience as well as his detail oriented mind as an engineer have allowed him to build a talent for exceptional work that will surely impress.

“My favorite thing about what i’ve been doing for the last 23 years is seeing something brought up from bare ground to a finished building that will go on to last for generations. I take pride in knowing that at Evergreen Builders we are giving the client a product that is not only built to code, but is a high quality, durable, energy efficient building where the client can rest assured knowing that they have made a wise investment.”
Jeanette Russon
My interest in construction started at a young age. I would watch “This Old House” every Saturday morning rather than cartoons. I loved learning about the building process and about all of the new materials that could make a home more environmentally friendly and reduce the carbon footprint. I am still interested in those things, however I think it’s important to provide beauty and value as well. I have learned that you can get a beautiful and efficient home in any price range.
As a woman in construction, I can provide my clients with a building experience that they can’t get from the “boys club” . The unique perspective that I bring will ensure all of the little details are considered.
Since the start of my professional career nearly 20 years ago, I have covered the entire spectrum of the construction process. I started out in construction lending and then worked as a construction manager overseeing land development, subdivision, residential and commercial construction. I am also a licensed Realtor. I love helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership and business ownership, and listing properties that will help them achieve their goals.
If you are searching for a great building experience with a unique and knowledgeable builder, you have found your forever “green” builder. Call me today to talk about your vision.

Mitchell was born and raised in Utah county, and has lived in the valley his entire life. Mitchell’s favorite hobbies include photography, hunting, and working on cars. He has chosen to stay in the valley to further advance his building career with Evergreen Builders.
Mitchell started his career in construction as a framer for Baldwin Baldwin Gagon, his senior year in high school. He has worked on many premier green homes and through the guidance of Baldwin Gagon, has learned what it takes to build the best green homes available today.
You’ll see Mitchell both in the office, and on the jobsite, overseeing the framing and ensuring other tasks are being performed to Evergreen Builders standards. Mitchell also works with suppliers to make sure materials are on site, on time.
Mitchells goal is to help families obtain their dreams of home ownership and enjoys being a part of giving them a quality home that will help them go green, and save on utilities for the rest of their life.
